today i gonna show you how to make 5 volt power supply from 9 volt battery which are available in the market
5 volt power supply is used to power up many micro controllers ,microprocessor, and many other ttl family devices(pic micro-controller, motorolla-68hc11, 8051 )
we need following components for our circuits
- 9 volt battery
-ic 7805
-capacitors (microfarad, 0.01 microfarad )
-jumper wire
the circuit diagram and physically connected image is shown in figure
connect the 9 volt bettery at the input and take output from terminal no 3
